Terms of use

Tixvana lists events from independent organisers and sells their passes on their behalf. The organiser runs the event and sets its price, its terms and its refund policy, which are shown on every event page before you pay.

Prices

The price shown is the full price you pay for a pass, including taxes and any fees.

Payment and confirmation

Payments are taken by a payment provider. A pass is yours only once the payment is confirmed; passes are not held while you choose. If passes sell out during your payment, the payment is refunded.

Your passes

Each pass carries a QR that admits the number of guests shown on it. You may give passes to someone else until your first check-in, following the event’s rules. A pass given away can’t be taken back.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and changes follow the organiser’s policy for that event. Contact the organiser for these.
