What we keep

Your mobile number, and the name and email you add to your Tixvana account; the passes you buy, receive or give; the events you save and the organisers you follow.

Who sees it

When you buy or receive a pass, the organiser of that event sees your name, mobile number and email with the booking, to run the event. Organisers don’t see your saved events or who you follow. Payments are handled by the payment provider; we never see your card or UPI details.

Messages

We send sign-in codes, passes and booking messages by SMS, WhatsApp or email. New-event emails from an organiser you follow can be turned off from the email itself or from the organisers you follow.

On this device

This site keeps your sign-in and tonight’s pass on your phone so it opens at the gate. Signing out removes them. We don’t send your personal data to advertising tools.
